Founded in 1977, the Mobile Area Lodging Association (MALA) is dedicated to promoting unity and communication within the local hospitality industry, and to give a voice to the issues facing the hospitality community.

 

From limited service properties to full-service hotels, from downtown to the Uptown Shopping District to Tillman's Corner to North Mobile County, MALA is committed to representing the entire hotel community at the local, state and regional levels.

Mobile's varied lodging options provide great choice and value for incoming visitors such as convention delegates, business travelers, leisure tourists, wedding parties, family reunions, and Carnival Fantasy passengers.  Many offer special packages and rates throughout the year.
